An empty record is the honest starting state.

No handle appears here until a report has been through an investigation that recorded a factual basis, and that takes 3 to 5 days from the day the report lands. Until a report clears that, there is nothing to show, and putting something here anyway would defeat the reason for the wait.

When the first entry appears it carries the tactic reported, the sources we checked, the screenshots, and a dated log of every report filed against that handle. Counts show up on this page only once there is something real behind them.

How an entry gets here

Nothing publishes because one stranger said so.

Reports are investigated for 3 to 5 days before a handle appears, and a conclusive case can publish sooner. Either way the entry says which. Reports that do not hold up are dismissed and never published.

A report comes inA description of the tactic, and screenshots. Screenshots are asked for rather than forced by the form, because the standard they have to meet is applied in the review: a report nobody can check against a source does not get published.

We investigate for 3 to 5 daysThe reported marketplace listing, that handle's other listings, the same seller's other public channels, and public sold history. We record what contradicts the report too.

It publishes only with a factual basisThis part is a hard gate rather than an intention. Nothing can publish until an investigation is open and at least one checked source is recorded against it. Every entry shows those sources and what was observed, so you can verify it instead of trusting us.

The seller can answerAny entry can be disputed. An honest mistake explained takes a handle off the record, once.

Handles, not people

Sellers are identified by their public handle or storefront and their public selling conduct only. No names, no addresses, no private information, ever. We do not go looking for them either.

When, never who

The audit log shows the date every report came in and never who filed it. Reporter identity is not published because it is not collected in the first place.

Factual basis only

Entries record what was observed at a named source, not conclusions about anyone's character or intent. Where the source is public, we link it.

A real way off

Mispriced a card, did not run comps, honest mistake? Explain it and the handle is cleared. That grace is one time. Read the full policy.

Report it to the platform too. This record is the paper trail, but the marketplace is where enforcement actually happens. When you file here you get a copy-ready report to paste straight into the platform's own flow.

Independent, and accountable to a real operator.

CardConduct is operated by StephensCode LLC as a community tool. It is not run by any creator, marketplace, card manufacturer, grading company, or game publisher, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. Partner creators may link here; none of them decide what goes on the record.
